What you will do
- Lead a dedicated customer set in the SMB space while managing the full sales cycle independently.
- Own the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics and business goals.
- Utilize solution selling expertise to identify customer needs and create strategic, long-term partnerships.
- Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and consistent professional communication.
- Prioritize and lead industry events and user groups to generate significant market interest.
- Collaborate with business developers, pre-sales, and marketing teams to capitalize on sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- Proven success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales
- Proficiency in creating territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives
- Strong skills in prospect research, discovery, and uncovering business challenges
- Ability to identify compelling value propositions that address specific customer needs
- Team selling experience with internal partners to support deal success
