Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Driving business growth and expanding market reach by prospecting and securing new enterprise-level customers in Asia-Pacific markets with an accent on lead generation and relationship building. Focus on executing sophisticated sales processes, performing high-level discovery calls, and positioning advanced cybersecurity solutions to C-suite decision-makers.

Location: Must be based in Singapore; hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Actively engage prospective customers to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Execute full-cycle sales processes from initial prospecting to closure.
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across Southeast and North Asia.
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop deep expertise in the cybersecurity competitive landscape and hirify.global product value propositions.
  • Provide high-touch customer service, including coordination of support escalations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telephone sales and cold calling.
  • Must be based in Singapore and willing to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills across both in-person and virtual channels.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn complex business and security concepts.
  • Self-disciplined with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity sales.
  • Background in customer service roles.
