TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving new business development in the Thailand market by identifying and engaging key technology stakeholders with an accent on outbound prospecting and technical solution positioning. Focus on building territory plans, uncovering business pain points, and collaborating with account executives to convert qualified leads into long-term partnerships.

Location: Must be based in Singapore, hybrid work with at least two days per week in the office required.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build and execute high-impact outbound sales campaigns.
  • Engage C-level technology leaders through phone, video, LinkedIn, and email to uncover technical pain points.
  • Qualify prospects and maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce.
  • Build deep knowledge of the API and AI product ecosystem to effectively pitch hirify.global solutions.
  • Drive progression of early-stage opportunities to support pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, roadshows, and events.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Singapore and authorized to work.
  • Fluency in Thai (written and spoken) is required.
  • Fluency in English is required for regional coverage.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Strong interest and ability to quickly learn complex technical software products.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
