Sales Director (Web3): Driving revenue growth and expanding the client base among financial institutions in APAC for an industry-leading digital asset infrastructure platform with an accent on enterprise SaaS sales, complex deal orchestration, and high-value strategic partnerships. Focus on prospecting, managing multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts, and navigating the unique regulatory landscape of digital assets within Hong Kong and greater China.

Location: Must be based in Hong Kong or Singapore

What you will do

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets within the APAC region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and licensed market participants.
  • Manage complex enterprise accounts by coordinating across key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Business Development teams to execute co-sell motions.
  • Perform strategic territory planning and rigorous account prospecting.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise software (SaaS) sales.
  • Deep knowledge of the financial services sector in the APAC region.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
  • Demonstrated track record of over-achievement in high-stakes sales roles.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-selling environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity or financial technology sales.
  • Proven ability to formalize and support co-sell motions with technology partners.
