TL;DR

Revenue Operations Analyst (B2B): Supporting hirify.global’s Global SDR organization by maintaining operational dashboards, supporting workflows, and resolving BAU requests and tickets with an accent on data accuracy and process consistency. Focus on ensuring frontline teams have the visibility, data, and systems support needed to prioritize and execute effectively.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of hirify.global's hubs.

What you will do

  • Support the maintenance, accuracy, and usability of SDR operational dashboards and CRM views.
  • Manage and resolve tickets and BAU requests related to SDR workflows, dashboards, routing, and visibility.
  • Execute repeatable operational processes such as lead routing fixes, ownership updates, and CRM hygiene.
  • Support project work and operational improvements focused on SDR productivity and execution.
  • Work closely with the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, Revenue Operations Managers, and SDR stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or operational support within a B2B environment.
  • Strong interest in operational execution, dashboards, and GTM systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or common GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator) is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process consistency.
  • Strong organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within RevOps.
