Privacy & AI Analyst (Privacy/Governance): Supporting the evolution of privacy and AI governance programs within a SaaS environment with an accent on regulatory alignment and operational risk assessment. Focus on designing scalable privacy-by-design workflows, managing AI inventories, and fostering a culture of responsible data stewardship across global teams.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Barcelona or London with a requirement for 3 days per week in-office attendance.

What you will do

• Evolve privacy and AI governance programs to balance company growth with trust and risk mitigation.
• Manage the privacy and AI tooling stack and perform operational duties like DPIAs, TIAs, and AI inventory maintenance.
• Partner with legal and security teams to align practices with GDPR, the EU AI Act, and ISO standards.
• Implement privacy-by-design principles across product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Develop and deliver training resources to foster a shared ownership culture regarding data privacy.
• Report performance metrics and trends to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in privacy, data protection, AI governance, or compliance, ideally in a SaaS or tech company.
• Proven ability to own privacy operations end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• English language proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong ability to grasp and explain complex technical data flows to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Practical understanding of Privacy and AI regulations, frameworks, and risk judgment.
• Must be available for an IRL-first hybrid work schedule in Barcelona or London.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, IT, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, or AIGP.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like BigID, OneTrust, or TrustArc.
• Exposure to ISO 27701/27001/42001 audit environments.
