TL;DR

Business Process Manager (MedTech): Aligning global service back-office processes with strategic initiatives and the S4Future program with an accent on process harmonization and automation. Focus on designing scalable solutions, integrating SAP S4Hana and AI-enabled tools, and optimizing end-to-end data flows for operational efficiency.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Poland, UK, France, Sweden, Germany, Spain, or Belgium)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and interface between the business and the S4Future program for service process topics.
  • Collaborate with Global Sales & Service Transformation and IT to drive global process harmonization and adoption.
  • Analyze process data to align business models with S4Hana capabilities and best practices.
  • Identify and implement AI, automation, and FSM/Oxando solutions to streamline processes and improve data quality.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training programs for key users and stakeholders.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, process management, or ERP transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end business process mapping and optimization.
  • Experience coordinating UAT and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong proficiency with SAP (strongly preferred).
