What you will do
- Develop and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail) across leads and customers.
- Drive continuous improvement in CRM retention strategy by leveraging customer data, running A/B tests, and regular analysis to optimize performance.
- Identify gaps in the customer and lead lifecycle experience, and work cross-functionally to plug them.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and drive measurable improvements based on trends, keeping key stakeholders regularly informed.
- Own and prioritize lifecycle roadmap, aligning initiatives with business goals and KPIs based on estimated impact and effort.
- Test and iterate on active campaigns to continuously optimize member retention and drive sustained engagement throughout the member lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in CRM marketing, acquisition, or related roles, ideally within a subscription or membership environment.
- Proven experience in managing and executing campaigns across email, SMS, push, and/or direct mail channels.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and leverage data for campaign optimization.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and quickly shift focus based on evolving business needs.
- Required: Technical proficiency with Customer.io
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms, tracking, and analytics tools.
