What you will do

• Analyze CRM data across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging for Galatea and CandyJar to enhance customer segmentation and personalization.
• Analyze user behavior and content performance data to define sophisticated audience segments and determine optimal messaging and content strategy.
• Develop and execute campaigns with cutting-edge personalization automation to optimize conversion to paid customers, and drive renewals and winbacks.
• Work closely with the CRM Director to develop strategic roadmaps that leverage advanced segmentation and behavioral triggers.
• Collaborate with the tech team to implement personalization logic, dynamic content, and automated workflows.
• Dive deep into CRM performance data to extract meaningful insights, refine targeting and messaging, and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Strong track record of scaling CRM programs within digital B2C businesses, directly driving revenue growth.
• Deep experience leveraging CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable) to build highly targeted audience segments and behavioral cohorts that drive conversion.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and analytics tools with the ability to dig deep into data to understand next steps.
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to make your own queries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, tech, and analytics teams.
