Location: Must reside in one of hirify.global’s states of operation: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NH, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

Compensation: $125,000–$172,000 (Tiered by location)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to accelerate growth and increase conversion.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, Direct Mail, and CRM touchhirify.globals.
  • Partner with data science and analytics to define metrics, perform SQL-based analysis, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Oversee the lifecycle marketing tech stack, including configuration, integration, and platform governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to author creative briefs and manage end-to-end production workflows.
  • Conduct experimentation on creative and targeting strategies to manage risk and drive high ROI.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing within financial services or consumer-facing products.
  • Proven expertise in multi-channel campaign management (email, SMS, Direct Mail).
  • Strong SQL proficiency for independent data analysis and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation/CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot.
  • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in one of the approved US states listed in the location requirements.
