Compensation: $125,000–$172,000 (Tiered by location)

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to accelerate growth and increase conversion.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, Direct Mail, and CRM touchs.
- Partner with data science and analytics to define metrics, perform SQL-based analysis, and optimize campaign performance.
- Oversee the lifecycle marketing tech stack, including configuration, integration, and platform governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to author creative briefs and manage end-to-end production workflows.
- Conduct experimentation on creative and targeting strategies to manage risk and drive high ROI.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing within financial services or consumer-facing products.
- Proven expertise in multi-channel campaign management (email, SMS, Direct Mail).
- Strong SQL proficiency for independent data analysis and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation/CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot.
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in one of the approved US states listed in the location requirements.
