Location: Hybrid role requiring on-site presence at the Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $52,500 – $75,000 USD (Base + variable).

What you will do

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads across live chat, email, and marketing channels.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to identify prospect pain points and urgency for change.
  • Qualify opportunities using the MEDDPICC framework to identify metrics and decision criteria.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and key insights within Salesforce for account handoffs.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop effective sales strategies and provide consistent customer experiences.
  • Participate in structured training and coaching to accelerate professional development.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in Westlake/Dallas, TX, Tuesday through Thursday.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative approach.
  • Exceptional active listening and critical thinking abilities.
  • Highly organized with effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Analytical mindset capable of connecting challenges to quantifiable business metrics.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn within a collaborative team environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other formal sales frameworks.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
