Location: Hybrid role requiring on-site presence at the Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
Salary: $52,500 – $75,000 USD (Base + variable).

What you will do
- Respond promptly to inbound leads across live chat, email, and marketing channels.
- Conduct discovery conversations to identify prospect pain points and urgency for change.
- Qualify opportunities using the MEDDPICC framework to identify metrics and decision criteria.
- Maintain accurate documentation and key insights within Salesforce for account handoffs.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop effective sales strategies and provide consistent customer experiences.
- Participate in structured training and coaching to accelerate professional development.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site in Westlake/Dallas, TX, Tuesday through Thursday.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative approach.

- Analytical mindset capable of connecting challenges to quantifiable business metrics.

Nice to have

- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
