Fins Sales Leader (Fintech): Leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives, you will be measured by achieving your team's overall quota and growing consumption amongst some of hirify.global' top strategic FSI accounts in SEA with an accent on building a data ecosystem and driving value for customers. Focus on developing and executing revenue plans and growth tactics, mainly amongst strategic financial services customers.

What you will do

  • Drive revenue success by owning and exceeding your team's quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Build and implement strategic plans, developing and executing evolving revenue plans and growth tactics, mainly amongst strategic financial services customers.
  • Cultivate strong executive relationships with customers/partners, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Enable your team to understand commercial goals of your customer and how they relate to our value proposition.
  • Lead your team to effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience working as a senior executive at a top-tier FSI, management consulting firm, and/or at a leading software company in a similar capacity.
  • Experienced (5+ years) high-growth SaaS leader with experience leading a sales team to new heights.
  • Experience selling to Enterprise Customers in the SEA region.
  • Strong knowledge of the FSI technical landscape, ecosystem and existing relationships with Hyperscalers.
  • Experience translating a highly technical product to business value for the CSuite.
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve personal objectives with a team first mindset.
