Salary: $96,000–$240,000 USD (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of geographically distributed account executives focused on hunting net new business.
- Develop and evolve scalable, measurable sales processes to ensure consistent quota attainment.
- Collaborate with marketing and senior sales leadership to iterate on go-to-market strategies for the APAC region.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline advancement, performance metrics, and sales cycle efficiency.
- Conduct performance reviews to support the career growth and development of direct reports.
- Foster cross-functional alignment to ensure team goals are met sustainably.
Requirements
- English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.
- Proven experience managing quota-carrying account executives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce and standard sales tools used for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Demonstrated success in hiring, mentoring, and maturing sales teams.
- Strong strategic mindset with experience managing teams across Southeast Asia, South Asia, or Greater China.
- Must be based in the Southeast Asia or Greater China region.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working in a -first or startup environment.
- Familiarity with HR tech or global employment markets.
