What you will do

• Design and own a scalable, repeatable release marketing system for product updates.
• Operationalize a monthly “What’s New” cadence across blogs, customer communications, and in-product messaging.
• Automate repetitive product marketing workflows using AI tools to improve speed and consistency.
• Partner with Product and GTM teams to standardize release inputs and briefs.
• Create and maintain centralized systems for knowledge management and messaging alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of product marketing or GTM experience with end-to-end execution ownership.
• Experience architecting GTM or release marketing infrastructure, including tooling stacks and workflows.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make).
• Experience with in-product messaging tools such as Pendo or Appcues.
• Strong writing skills to translate technical product updates into clear customer narratives.
• Must be based in New York, NY.

• Experience in payroll, HR tech, or compliance-adjacent products.
• Prior experience in Strategy & Ops functions.
