TL;DR
Sr HRIS Analyst: Owning and evolving the Workday platform with an accent on Core HCM and Security. Focus on designing AI-enabled, cross-system workflows that scale across the enterprise.
Location: Remote, Mexico. Hybrid from our Mexico City office and requires at least two days a week in the office, though a remote arrangement may be possible.

What you will do
- Own configuration and ongoing optimization of Workday Core HCM and Security frameworks.
- Design and maintain business processes, workflows, and system controls across the employee lifecycle.
- Design and manage Workday security architecture (roles, domains, permissions).
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate People processes through Workday and integrated systems.
- Build and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Partner with People Ops, Total Rewards, Finance, and IT to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with deep Workday expertise.
- Strong configuration experience in Core HCM & Security.
- Experience with Workday configuration including Business Process Framework, Security, and Advanced Reporting (Calculated Fields).
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with People, Finance, and IT teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating structured documentation and leveraging AI tools to enhance system design, testing, and analysis.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday’s Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs exposure), Talent/Performance modules.
- Experience supporting Workday implementations or major system transformations.
- Experience in global and matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or equivalent.
- Experience designing workflows across different areas in the employment lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, career development, off-boarding).
