What you will do

• Lead the design process from initial concept to shipped product.
• Create polished user interfaces and interactions for app and web platforms.
• Build prototypes using modern tools to validate and communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers to iterate on features.
• Apply structured, data-informed thinking to solve complex product challenges.
• Own the delivery of high-quality, coherent design solutions for community-driven features.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual and interaction design.
• High proficiency in Figma.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
• Experience prototyping and building product ideas using diverse modern tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills rooted in user research and business strategy.
