Salary: $136,000–$188,000 depending on location tier

What you will do

• Evolve and maintain the design system to be well-organized, documented, and structured for AI tooling.
• Advance the visual language, including typography, color, spacing, and component architecture.
• Design high-fidelity, customer-facing experiences that simplify complex financial concepts for homeowners.
• Create reusable components, patterns, and visual assets like illustrations and diagrams.
• Partner with engineering through implementation to ensure design quality holds in production.
• Design variants for experimentation informed by product data and research.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong visual and design systems focus.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft in shipped product work.
• Hands-on experience building or owning a design system.
• Fluency in Figma, including variables, component architecture, and auto layout.
• Must reside in one of hirify.global’s states of operation (AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NH, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI).
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams with product managers and engineers.
