Location: Remote (USA). Preference for candidates based in Eastern or Central time zones, with specific interest in Chicago, New York, or Raleigh.

Salary: $215,000–$243,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle for prospective insurance clients.
  • Lead tailored demos, workshops, and technical deep-dives to showcase platform value.
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires.
  • Design and scope technical engagements, including drafting Statements of Work (SOW) and timelines.
  • Travel up to 15% of the time to lead in-person sales workshops and strategy sessions.
  • Collaborate on foundational sales engineering processes and playbooks to support company growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales engineering, solutions consulting, or pre-sales within financial services or fintech.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in Eastern or Central time zones.
  • Proven ability to articulate complex SaaS value propositions to stakeholders at all technical levels.
  • Technical proficiency with SQL, Python, or advanced Excel modeling.
  • Deep interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Strong communication skills with a hustle-driven approach to problem-solving and sales.

Nice to have

  • Experience in growth-stage startups during hypergrowth phases.
  • Background in regulated industries such as insurance or wealth management.
  • Familiarity with API and integration architecture patterns.
