TL;DR

Location: Remote (US), but excluding CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, and DC

Compensation: Estimated annual range based on hourly rates (approx. $62k–$87k base), plus commissions and equity eligibility.

What you will do

  • Drive net new customer acquisition and revenue growth for self-service accounts.
  • Understand and articulate the technical capabilities of the communications API platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Product, Marketing, and Engineering to solve customer business challenges.
  • Manage multiple sales projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Contribute to the creation and optimization of new sales processes and playbooks.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales/business development experience in technology or 1+ years in closing roles.
  • Understanding of or strong interest in cloud computing and communication business models.
  • Ability to translate complex technical/financial details into simple terms for a technical audience.
  • Strong adaptability and willingness to work in a rapid-paced environment.
  • Must reside in an eligible US state (excluding restricted locations listed).
