Compensation: Estimated annual range based on hourly rates (approx. $62k–$87k base), plus commissions and equity eligibility.

What you will do
- Drive net new customer acquisition and revenue growth for self-service accounts.
- Understand and articulate the technical capabilities of the communications API platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Product, Marketing, and Engineering to solve customer business challenges.
- Manage multiple sales projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Contribute to the creation and optimization of new sales processes and playbooks.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales/business development experience in technology or 1+ years in closing roles.
- Understanding of or strong interest in cloud computing and communication business models.
- Ability to translate complex technical/financial details into simple terms for a technical audience.
- Strong adaptability and willingness to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Must reside in an eligible US state (excluding restricted locations listed).
