As Operations Manager, you will:
🔵 Coordinate daily operations across recruitment and sales teams
🔵 Track tasks, follow up on deliverables and remove bottlenecks
🔵 Monitor KPIs, hiring pipelines and operational performance metrics
🔵 Prepare operational reports, dashboards and performance summaries
🔵 Manage job postings across LinkedIn, ATS and job boards
We're seeking someone with 1–3 years’ experience in operations/recruitment coordination, strong organisational skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and confidence using Google Workspace, Excel, CRM or ATS tools, plus English and Russian.
💶 Salary: €2,000–€3,000/month
