What you will do

• Optimize core HR lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and contract management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Portuguese labor law inquiries and compliance.
• Manage Workday HRIS to enhance data integrity, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare end-to-end payroll for external providers in collaboration with internal accounting.
• Drive process automation and standardization of HR documentation and SOPs.
• Serve as a primary contact for employee requests and operational issue resolution.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Italian is mandatory.
• Experience with HR lifecycle tasks, payroll preparation, and time tracking.
• Proficiency in Workday (HRIS) for data entry and reporting.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data cleaning and reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of GDPR and basic employment law.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French.
• Experience with digital workflows, macros, or system data import/export.
