What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for employees regarding HR processes, policies, benefits, and payroll.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and preparation of employment documentation.
• Coordinate employee data for timely payroll processing in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Develop and optimize People Operations processes, templates, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage relocation support for international hires, including visa processing and local administrative compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and submit the annual Relatório Único.

Requirements

• Experience in People Operations specifically supporting companies in Portugal.
• Strong background and knowledge of Portuguese labour law.
• Proven experience in the preparation and management of Relatório Unico.
• Experience managing the entire employee lifecycle and coordinating monthly payroll.
• Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in or able to work from Porto, Portugal.
