TL;DR

HR Generalist: Supporting HR operations, employee relations, and onboarding for new hires with an accent on applying HR policies, ensuring compliance, and educating employees. Focus on leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline HR workflows and improve employee self-service.

Location: This position is based in our Lehi, UT office and requires a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days work from home).

hirify.global is looking for an awesome HR Generalist to join our Global People Ops Team.

What you will do

  • Serve as a primary HR point of contact for assigned employee populations, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Own end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and HR support.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and automations to streamline HR workflows and improve employee and manager self-service.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance management, coaching, and corrective actions.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating HR policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support global and local employee engagement initiatives, including company events and volunteering activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through.
  • High level of confidentiality and personal integrity.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously, with little supervision.
