What you will do

• Manage, coach, and motivate a team of SDRs to achieve activity, meeting, and pipeline targets.
• Run regular 1:1s, team huddles, call reviews, and ongoing skills development.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ramp plans for new SDRs.
• Ensure consistent execution across outbound channels and inbound follow-up SLAs.
• Monitor performance dashboards and quality metrics.
• Provide insights to Sales Leadership on pipeline generation trends and rep development needs.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years in Sales Development / BDR/SDR roles, with 1–3+ years in a leadership or coaching capacity.
• Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed SDR targets.
• Strong coaching skills with experience improving rep performance through structured feedback.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft).
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
