• Craft engaging, scroll-stopping, and on-brand comments on viral posts with perfect timing.
• Oversee and manage the complete social content calendar.
• Develop community-driven content ideas collaboratively with teams.
• Provide feedback to creators ensuring brand tone and visual consistency.
• Track and present community engagement insights and trends weekly.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in social media with a sharp eye for voice, tone, and cultural nuance.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube as a user and strategist.
• Strong passion for and deep understanding of men's sports and sports culture.
• A natural communicator who knows how to turn comments into mini-brand moments.
• Obsessed with skincare and haircare with opinions and recommendations.
• Comfortable with social scheduling tools and platform operations.
