Director, Social Media (Marketing): Leading the vision, strategy, and execution of hirify.global’s global social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with an accent on cultural relevance and platform-specific identities. Focus on rebuilding the social presence from the ground up, driving creator collaborations, and establishing a rigorous analytics discipline.

Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, California

Salary: $225,000 - $245,000

What you will do

Develop and own the global social media strategy grounded in cultural relevance and business goals.
Reinvent hirify.global’s social presence with a modern brand voice and platform-specific identities.
Lead the creation of high-impact content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Oversee creator collaborations, influencer strategies, and social-first partnerships.
Build a rigorous analytics discipline and reporting dashboards for leadership visibility.
Manage and mentor a team of Social Managers, Influencer Leads, and Community Leads.

Requirements

8–10+ years of experience in social media strategy, content leadership, or digital marketing.
Proven track record of owning social strategies for challenger brands and rebuilding social presence from scratch.
Deep expertise in TikTok, IG, X, and YouTube algorithms and cultural nuances.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in social listening and performance modeling.
Exceptional people leadership and team management skills.
Must be based in or able to work in Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid).
