What you will do

• Own social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with product drops, campaigns, and cultural moments.
• Create and publish short-form content including styling videos, try-ons, trends, behind-the-scenes content, and creator-led storytelling.
• Collaborate with creators and influencers to amplify campaigns and manage daily community engagement.
• Track performance, optimize content using insights and trends, and share community feedback with internal teams.
• Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Growth teams.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, platform behavior, and current trends.
• Proven ability to create engaging, high-performing short-form content.
• Comfortable shooting and editing content and appearing on camera when needed.
• Highly organized, fast-moving, and culturally plugged-in, with strong brand and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of Gen Z audiences; fashion or direct-to-consumer experience is preferred.
