What you will do

• Own the social strategy across TikTok and Instagram, including platform-specific content calendars.
• Create, film, and edit engaging short-form content such as styling videos, try-ons, and BTS storytelling.
• Collaborate with creators and influencers to amplify brand campaigns.
• Manage daily community engagement by interacting with followers in the brand voice.
• Track content performance and optimize future strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Growth teams to align social presence with brand drops.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing, preferably within fashion or DTC.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram platform behavior and current trends.
• Proven track record of creating high-performing, engaging short-form content.
• Comfort with shooting, editing, and appearing on camera for social content.
• Highly organized, fast-moving, and culturally plugged-in.
• Strong sense of brand identity and ability to resonate with a Gen Z audience.
