What you will do

• Guide strategy, execution, and day-to-day optimizations of CNT US social platforms to increase traffic and engagement.
• Collaborate with editors, video, PR, and designers to develop content packages optimized for social media.
• Report on progress and learnings, adjusting social strategy according to KPI pacing.
• Develop relationships with social managers at other hirify.global brands to share learnings.
• Work with sales and marketing teams on sponsorship opportunities and with the commerce team on new activations.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external content partners, managing partnerships and cross-posting content.

Requirements

• Experienced social media professional.
• Professional experience creating and optimizing content for platforms like Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
• Strong editorial judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience with social publishing and listening tools like SocialFlow, Dash Hudson, Parsely, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to hit key social and engagement metrics and spot consumer trends through social listening.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at senior levels across different business functions.

Nice to have

• Passion for emerging social platforms.
• Experience using editing tools like InDesign/Photoshop/Premiere/Canva.
