Solutions Consultant (Fintech): Working with the Sales organization to meet quota objectives by providing requirements analysis, solution development, and product demonstrations. Focus on understanding business process flow and presenting the hirify.global suite of products to Mid Market and API prospects, as well as Accounting firms.

Salary: San Jose pay range $141,500 - $169,700 USD Draper UT pay range $120,200 - $144,200 USD

What you will do

• Lead discovery to uncover business requirements across payments, approvals, and accounting workflows and translate them into solution designs.
• Develop and deliver tailored demos that clearly show how hirify.global solves prospect pain points.
• Serve as the pre-sales technical point of contact for Mid-Market, API, and Accounting Firm prospects.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product to refine demo narratives, scripts, and best practices.
• Advise on process improvements and integration approaches between hirify.global and in-house accounting systems.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on competitive payment and adjacent solutions and articulate hirify.global’s differentiators and use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
• 5 years in a pre-sales position with an Enterprise or Mid Market SaaS company, preferably focused on the financial buyer.
• Application experience with one or more of the following solutions desirable: Netsuite, Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and/or Business Central.
• Will require less than 15% travel in the first year.
