What you will do
- Support the sales cycle from initial qualification through to successful client onboarding.
- Deliver tailored technical presentations and product demonstrations for C-level executives and cybersecurity teams.
- Translate complex technical concepts and terminology into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, Sales Directors, and Product Managers.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, including bespoke RFP responses and technical workshops.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal engineering groups.
Requirements
- Must be located in or willing to work from the United States.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or consulting role within banking, payments, or capital markets.
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to work with REST APIs, Webhooks, and AI applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for executive-level audiences.
- Demonstrable interest or professional background in the blockchain and crypto industry.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical and business problems.
