TL;DR

What you will do

  • Support the sales cycle from initial qualification through to successful client onboarding.
  • Deliver tailored technical presentations and product demonstrations for C-level executives and cybersecurity teams.
  • Translate complex technical concepts and terminology into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, Sales Directors, and Product Managers.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, including bespoke RFP responses and technical workshops.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal engineering groups.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or willing to work from the United States.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or consulting role within banking, payments, or capital markets.
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to work with REST APIs, Webhooks, and AI applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for executive-level audiences.
  • Demonstrable interest or professional background in the blockchain and crypto industry.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical and business problems.
