Salary: $179,000 – $210,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to drive initiatives from conception to completion.
• Champion the adoption of AI and ML tools to automate manual workflows and increase team productivity.
• Influence technical direction and project requirements while ensuring alignment across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Define and track success criteria for business goals, assessing risks and mitigation strategies regularly.
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead complex programs that integrate new and existing systems to enhance the hosting experience.

Requirements

• Must be a US resident in a state with a registered hirify.global entity.
• 7+ years of experience in the software development industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Technical Program Manager (TPM) or equivalent role.
• Proven track record of using AI or automation to improve team productivity.
• Experience managing projects involving ML models, LLMs, feature development, and model testing.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, frame complex problems, and drive initiatives to completion.
