Salary: $18 - $22 USD hourly

What you will do

• Support high impact, enterprise level projects focused on career development and learning enablement across hirify.global.
• Think creatively about how AI and digital tools can enhance career development experiences.
• Improve clarity for employees, and scale learning and growth solutions.
• Partner closely with members of the Talent Growth & Inclusion team, People Partners, and subject matter experts from across the business to help bring some of our most strategic People & Culture priorities to life.

Requirements

• Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree or a graduate student in an accredited college or university studying Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent development, career growth, learning programs, organizational effectiveness or organizational change management.
• Familiarity or interest in emerging AI technologies and their application to workplace experiences.
• Curiosity about using AI to drive more personalized, efficient, and scalable employee solutions.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to summarize and organize complex information clearly.
• Comfortable using digital tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and AI‑enabled tools; as well as a willingness to learn new technologies.

Nice to have

• Prior internship, project, or coursework related to HR, learning programs, data analysis, or change initiatives.
