Talent Management Partner (Fintech): Leading the end-to-end strategy and execution of performance reviews, talent development, and succession planning with an accent on driving clarity, consistency, and a high-performance culture across the organization. Focus on pioneering the application of AI to streamline performance workflows, surfacing actionable talent insights, and designing scalable programs that enable managers to recognize and grow top talent.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bellevue, WA; Chicago, IL; Menlo Park, CA; or New York, NY offices (In-person attendance required at least 3 days per week).
Salary: $113,000–$170,000 USD (Base pay range dependent on compensation zone).

What you will do
- Lead the strategy and execution of performance reviews, feedback cycles, and talent mapping programs.
- Build and optimize systems and processes that make performance management data-driven and high-impact.
- Pioneer the integration of AI tools to streamline performance workflows and generate actionable feedback insights.
- Partner with business leaders to reinforce and strengthen a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Translate complex strategy into clear guidance and resources for managers and employees.
- Oversee succession planning and talent reviews to ensure organizational readiness for future leadership needs.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in program management.
- Minimum 5 years of ownership of performance strategy at a global scale.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, changing environment.
- Proven ability to build strategy and drive large-scale program execution.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Must be located in and work from the specified office locations (Bellevue, Chicago, Menlo Park, or New York) with 3 days in-office weekly.
