What you will do
- Design, implement, and manage global learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical upskilling, and professional skills training.
- Develop and execute talent calibration, talent review, and succession planning processes and tools.
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies that support company culture, values, and business priorities.
- Analyze engagement data and trends, partnering with leaders and HR Business Partners to drive targeted improvements.
- Support change management and communications related to learning, talent processes, engagement, and organizational initiatives.
- Work effectively across time zones and cultures, adapting programs to meet local needs while maintaining global consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in learning & development, talent processes and/or talent development, preferably in an IT or software environment.
- Experience supporting a global, distributed workforce.
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills (virtual and in-person).
- Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Familiarity with learning technologies, digital learning tools, engagement platforms, HRIS (Oracle preferred), and LMS administration (Absorb preferred).
