What you will do
- Develop a deep understanding of customer's strategies, goals, challenges, risks, and transformation priorities, and connect them to differentiated ’s unified platform and solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor by combining technical curiosity, business acumen, and solution expertise to guide customer transformation.
- Identify whitespace opportunities, new workloads, emerging buyer personas, and expansion paths across your territory.
- Maintain disciplined sales excellence, including pipeline management and forecast accuracy, using MEDDICC aligned with discovery and qualification.
- Lead the orchestration of integrated pursuit team so the customer experiences one, integrated team.
- Drive post sales handoff to Customer Success with a clear value realization plan tied to the original business case.
Requirements
- Understand hybrid cloud architectures, data and AI platforms, consumption economics, and how to translate technology decisions into KPI impact for executives.
- Be results-driven, resilient, and committed to winning as part of a team.
- Thrive in whitespace, finding new workloads and buyers and turning customer challenges into high-value opportunities.
- Be a credible executive seller with the ability to drive solution selling by tailoring discovery, storytelling, and creating value cases customized for buying personas across IT, Finance, Procurement, Security, Data/AI, and business leaders.
- Be confident building ROI/TCO models, structuring deal economics, and guiding executives through financial decisions with clarity and credibility.
- Must reside in the greater Phoenix Metro Area
