Location: Hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria. Working mainly night shifts (23:00-07:00), including weekends and public holidays.

What you will do

• Handle support questions from international customers.
• Participate in customer retention activities.
• Encourage existing customers to continue using the services.
• Proactively reach out to former customers to persuade them to return.
• Work as part of a team of customer support specialists based in Sofia.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer support or other service-oriented jobs.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
