TL;DR
Senior Customer Success Specialist (Customer Success): Supporting seamless client onboarding and service delivery for mobile messaging solutions with an accent on resolving inquiries and maintaining client accounts. Location: Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid work schedule).

What you will do
- Support the initial onboarding of clients to products and service platforms.
- Work closely with Sales and Support teams to resolve client issues.
- Communicate with clients and partners to provide advice and support on products.
- Maintain client accounts and documentation in internal software.
- Initiate functional and technical product enhancements based on client feedback and testing.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Previous experience in operational and customer support roles.
- Good understanding of mobile messaging business standards and products.
- Demonstrated track record in client and partner communication.
- Practical proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- English: Good command of written and spoken English required.
