What you will do
- Respond to customer queries via email and chat with guidance and training
- Assist new customers with onboarding and basic product setup
- Maintain and organize customer data within CRM tools
- Analyze customer activity data to identify users requiring additional support
- Collect and organize user feedback to drive product improvements
Requirements
- Passion for working in a dynamic, client-facing environment
- Driven, confident, and systematic approach to organization
- Fluency in English is a must
- Interest in systems and tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot
