What you will do

  • Respond to customer queries via email and chat with guidance and training
  • Assist new customers with onboarding and basic product setup
  • Maintain and organize customer data within CRM tools
  • Analyze customer activity data to identify users requiring additional support
  • Collect and organize user feedback to drive product improvements

Requirements

  • Passion for working in a dynamic, client-facing environment
  • Driven, confident, and systematic approach to organization
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Interest in systems and tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot
