What you will do
- Provide support via ticketing systems, telephone, remote tools, and on-site visits.
- Install, configure, and deliver Linux clients using Ubuntu and FAI.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues within a Linux environment.
- Maintain technical documentation and staff the walk-in service desk.
- Proactively resolve issues using tools like Ubuntu Landscape.
- Contribute to the development of AI-supported solutions and user self-service options.
Requirements
- Relevant IT education with a focus on Linux.
- Experience with Linux client support and case management systems.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work on-site in Lund, Sweden (08:00–17:00).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Ubuntu, FAI, CFEngine, or Ubuntu Landscape.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow.
- Experience managing OS rollouts or larger IT initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of Bash and Python.
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and mobile device support.
