What you will do
- Take ownership of customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accurate processing.
- Support customers with delivery timelines, product availability, and smart alternatives.
- Proactively follow up on orders and inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams to resolve special requests.
- Handle customer claims in the Quality Management system for fast resolution.
- Ensure first-time resolution to improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent Danish, Swedish, and English communication skills.
- 4–5+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with enterprise systems.
- Calm, structured approach to multitasking in a fast-moving environment.
- Collaborative spirit and focus on building long-term customer relationships.
Nice to have
- Experience working with SAP.
