What you will do

  • Take ownership of customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accurate processing.
  • Support customers with delivery timelines, product availability, and smart alternatives.
  • Proactively follow up on orders and inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams to resolve special requests.
  • Handle customer claims in the Quality Management system for fast resolution.
  • Ensure first-time resolution to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent Danish, Swedish, and English communication skills.
  • 4–5+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with enterprise systems.
  • Calm, structured approach to multitasking in a fast-moving environment.
  • Collaborative spirit and focus on building long-term customer relationships.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with SAP.
