Regional Sales Director (Asset Protection)

Location: Remote Central U.S.; travel by air or car up to 75% of the time

Salary: $80,000 annually. The role is also eligible for a sales incentive plan with estimated target annual incentive compensation of $120,000.

What you will do

• Direct and oversee a network of independent insurance agents across an assigned U.S. region.
• Drive sales growth by acquiring new accounts and developing agency relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and dealership ownership.
• Develop strategies with agents to increase same-store sales and expand product adoption.
• Conduct financial reviews for dealership groups and use CRM data to track leads and customer interactions.
• Gather customer insights and develop solutions that improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• Prior sales management experience is required.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Demonstrated success developing sales results in an assigned territory.
• Strong customer service, listening, verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid personal vehicle and good driving record are required.
• 5–7 years of automotive industry experience preferred; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
