What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM and BizOps roles from sourcing to close.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define needs and improve hiring efficiency.
• Execute creative outbound sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent.
• Maintain and optimize hiring processes and documentation to support organizational scaling.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a world-class experience.
• Utilize data and analytics to track funnel performance and refine sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a company with fewer than 500 employees.
• Proven track record of recruiting GTM roles specifically for B2B SaaS companies.
• Must be located within the Americas time zones to align with team hours.
• Proficiency in recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and Juicebox.
• Strong background in data-driven decision-making and sourcing optimization.
