TL;DR

Talent Partner (AI): Building and scaling a high-performing recruitment function within a fast-paced enterprise AI business with an accent on developing robust recruitment infrastructure and sourcing strategies. Focus on optimizing ATS engagement, standardizing hiring practices, and partnering with leadership to drive growth.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York, USA (3 days per week in-office).

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 base per annum + 10-15% bonus potential.

What you will do

  • Establish best-in-class hiring frameworks, interview structures, and evaluation criteria.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and proactively source high-quality talent via various channels.
  • Drive adoption of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and implement recruitment analytics.
  • Develop and optimize recruitment policies, SLAs, and governance models company-wide.
  • Manage external recruitment agencies, defining strategy and ensuring cost-effective delivery.
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide talent market insights and drive hiring strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Must be based in New York, USA for hybrid work.
  • Proven experience within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
  • Direct experience building or scaling recruitment infrastructure and processes.
  • Deep familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong background in both agency and internal recruitment functions.
