Focus on end-to-end recruiting for complex GTM roles, advising senior leaders, and improving hiring processes.

Location: Remote. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for complex, high-impact GTM roles across multiple functions and levels.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring needs, success profiles, and interview strategies.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies in partnership with sourcing teams.
• Manage offer strategy, negotiation, and closing in partnership with Compensation and HR.
• Mentor recruiters and sourcers; share best practices and elevate team capability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing decisions and navigating complex hiring challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with strong exposure to GTM functions.
• Experience owning end-to-end hiring for complex or senior-level roles.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at the Director+ level.
• Strong sourcing, assessment, and closing skills.
• Data-driven with experience managing recruiting metrics and performance.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
