Senior Engineering Program Manager

What you will do

• Lead and support program management across strategic engineering initiatives, partnering with Product Managers and Tech Leads.
• Drive the quarterly roadmap process, coordinating priorities and timelines with Product and Engineering leadership.
• Maintain clear roadmap visibility and reporting through Jira.
• Administer and evolve the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk).
• Architect and maintain the R&D knowledge base, ensuring high-quality documentation and discoverability through Confluence and AI tools.
• Define and monitor engineering and R&D performance metrics to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Program Management, or IT Operations.
• Solid experience with Agile practices and scaling Scrum methodologies in distributed environments.
• Advanced expertise in Atlassian tools, including Jira (Data Center/Cloud), Confluence, and JQL.
• Proven program management experience, including roadmap planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Technical ability to build internal tools and automations (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, or Go).
• Excellent communication skills in English (full professional proficiency) and French (native or bilingual).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with R&D finance processes such as CIR, Capex, and software capitalization.
• Experience with knowledge management platforms and AI-driven documentation tools.
• Professional certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
