Salary: $166,000 - $195,000 USD (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for key product areas within Prediction Markets, from concept through launch.
• Design user experiences for trading flows, engagement features, and web platform expansion.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to define requirements and execute on high-priority initiatives.
• Translate complex, ambiguous problem spaces into clear, intuitive product experiences.
• Incorporate feedback from senior leadership and stakeholders into design iterations while maintaining product quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong visual design portfolio.
• Experience designing end-to-end product experiences, including launching new or early-stage products.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and can independently drive projects forward.
• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and operational partners to deliver results.
• Synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders and apply it to improve product outcomes.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma and open to incorporating AI tools into your workflow.
