Salary: $170,000–$235,000 base salary per year, plus lumen-denominated grants and benefits.

What you will do

• Set and champion the product design vision for key product areas in alignment with company goals and brand values.
• Lead hands-on design for high-priority products, delivering polished visual and interaction experiences.
• Manage, mentor, and support the career development of another product designer.
• Maintain and scale the design system to improve consistency and delivery speed.
• Establish AI-assisted design and prototyping workflows to increase team productivity and quality.
• Partner with Product and Engineering, conduct user research and usability testing, and guide user-centered decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped, end-to-end work.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing or mentoring designers.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate and improve design work.
• Expertise with modern design tools such as Figma and Framer, plus experience building and scaling design systems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, user research, and usability testing skills.

Nice to have

• On-chain, crypto, or fintech design experience.
• Experience building or scaling a design team.
• Code-based or AI-assisted prototyping experience with tools such as Framer or v0.
• Founder or 0-to-1 experience.
