What you will do
- Execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns targeting Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
- Multi-thread into key accounts to build relationships with multiple decision-makers.
- Maintain high-volume activity including 80+ calls per day to ensure strong conversion metrics.
- Leverage AI sales tools to personalize outreach and identify high-intent signals.
- Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to coordinate outbound sales plays.
- Maintain detailed account intelligence and prospect notes within the CRM.
Requirements
- 3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience executing multi-touch, multi-threaded ABM strategies.
- Strong curiosity and ability to use AI tools for prospecting efficiency.
- Fluent English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Experience with Outreach.io.
- Fluency in a second language.
