TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualification and pipeline building to closing new ARR.
  • Convert trial users and inbound product-qualified leads (PQLs) with speed and precision.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring accurate stages and activity logging.
  • Partner with the Sales Engineering team to deliver technical demos for complex deals.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to provide insights for nurture and conversion strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR with a clear track record of performance.
  • 2 years of experience in a quota-carrying software sales role managing full sales cycle deals.
  • Advanced proficiency as a CRM power user.
  • Experience selling to SMB and mid-market buyers across various industries.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling no-code, workflow, or operations tooling.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motions and working with PQL lists.
  • Background in healthcare, compliance, or regulated industry sales.
