What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from qualification and pipeline building to closing new ARR.
- Convert trial users and inbound product-qualified leads (PQLs) with speed and precision.
- Manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring accurate stages and activity logging.
- Partner with the Sales Engineering team to deliver technical demos for complex deals.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to provide insights for nurture and conversion strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR with a clear track record of performance.
- 2 years of experience in a quota-carrying software sales role managing full sales cycle deals.
- Advanced proficiency as a CRM power user.
- Experience selling to SMB and mid-market buyers across various industries.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience selling no-code, workflow, or operations tooling.
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motions and working with PQL lists.
- Background in healthcare, compliance, or regulated industry sales.
