What you will do
- Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound prospecting strategies.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos to guide prospects through the evaluation process.
- Map key stakeholders and champion the product to secure initial deals.
- Analyze customer usage patterns to identify and drive cross-team expansion.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and upsell opportunities.
- Provide product feedback and recurring customer objections to the product and marketing teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Experience selling to small business owners.
- Must be based in New York.
- Startup experience and comfort with fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and demonstration skills.
