What you will do

  • Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos to guide prospects through the evaluation process.
  • Map key stakeholders and champion the product to secure initial deals.
  • Analyze customer usage patterns to identify and drive cross-team expansion.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and upsell opportunities.
  • Provide product feedback and recurring customer objections to the product and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Experience selling to small business owners.
  • Must be based in New York.
  • Startup experience and comfort with fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and demonstration skills.
